License and Use of Service
Private TargetT grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and utilize the web-site solely for its own internal business purposes. No Reliance
Target Invest LLC makes no representation or warranty that the information contained in the web-site is accurate, reliable, up-to-date or complete. The User agrees not to take legal action against Target Invest LLC with respect to any inaccurate information.

Limitations of Liability
The User agrees that Target Invest LLC shall not be liable for any failure or inability to provide the service due to circumstances beyond Private TargetT Info's reasonable control. Further, the User agrees that Target Invest LLC will not be liable for any damage to the User's hardware, software or data.

The Target invest Llc company used by the portal privatetarget.com declines all responsibility, in the case where no investors wish to meet you.
